Qualifications

• Physical and TB Test
• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA Criminal Record Check
• Must be completed within the last 12 months
• Act 126: Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training: Must have completion date after January 1, 2018
• Act 168: Sexual Misconduct Abuse Disclosure Releases: Human Resources will also mail a new hire packet to you with required documents needed for payroll and employment purposes.
