Winter Haven Honda is seeking an EXPERIENCED Detailer to join our team!

We continue to grow our business and our reconditioning department has more work than they can handle! This candidate will have the ability to turn a previously owned vehicle into a front line or showroom floor vehicle (wet sanding and buffing experience required).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage, and under-hood components and waxing/buffing.
• Cleans and conditions vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric/leather treatments, and polishing.
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive Detail Shop Experience.
• High school diploma or GED Required.
• Valid Driver's License and able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
