Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Winter Haven, FL to provide treatment in a Home Setting:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
