Leisure Hotels & Resorts in Baudette, MN is seeking a Winter Fishing Guide to lead clients on cold-weather adventures. You'll teach techniques, ensure safety, and share local knowledge to create memorable, responsible experiences in winter conditions.

The role emphasizes customer service, gear maintenance, and awareness of weather. You will work outdoors, adapt plans, and promote safety while helping guests enjoy the beauty of Minnesota winters.

Competenze

• Proven experience in fishing, particularly in winter or cold weather environments.
• Strong knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and fishing techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain fishing and safety equipment.
• First aid and emergency response certification preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
