Job summary

Moonlight Basin seeks Field Operations Heavy Equipment Operators to maintain grounds, driveways, roads, and parking areas through the winter season. Operate loaders, Bobcat Toolcats, plow trucks, and other snow removal gear with safety and teamwork at the forefront.

Applicants should be flexible for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to read instruments, identify mechanical issues, and follow supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating snow removal machinery.
• Ability to read instruments and identify mechanical issues.
• Commitment to safety protocols and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, fueling, and cleaning of snow removal equipment.
• Plow snow and widen roadways during day and night.
• Communicate work performed and report irregularities to other operators.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment and respond to requests.
• Shovel snow and perform other tasks as assigned.
• Work as part of a crew in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours outdoors.
