Job Type: Seasonal (Winter)

Compensation: $22-$30 per hour

As a full-service landscaping company, we offer professional services to residential and commercial properties throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Greater Boston, and Southern New Hampshire. Our winter services include comprehensive commercial snow removal, and we are looking for experienced equipment operators to join our snow removal team for the winter season.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking Equipment Operators to safely and efficiently operate snow removal machinery, such as loaders, skid steers, plow trucks, and salt spreaders. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients’ properties during winter weather events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate snow removal equipment, including plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and salt spreaders.
  • Safely clear snow and apply de-icing materials to parking lots, driveways, and other large areas.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation throughout snow removal activities.
  • Respond to snow events in a timely manner, working flexible hours during storms (including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Follow assigned routes and directions from the site manager.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating snow removal equipment (plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, etc.) is required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work long hours in extreme winter conditions.
  • Must be dependable, with the ability to respond quickly during snow events.
  • Knowledge of snow removal practices and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
