Qualifications

• 75%+ of accounting degree completed.
• Pursuit of CPA eligibility.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to travel locally 80%+ with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and employees.
• Assist with routine accounting functions.
• Draft financial statements under prescribed formatting.
• Prepare portions of compilation, review and audit engagements.
• Develop working knowledge of common accounting pronouncements and basic income tax concepts.
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures as a team member.
