Job summary

Crowe in Vermont is seeking a Winter Internship in Audit and Assurance. You’ll gain in-depth exposure, work with experienced audit professionals, and use analytics and automation to support client service delivery.

Applicants pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, with CPA eligibility and strong Excel/data analytics skills, are encouraged. This internship runs January–March with full-time hours and some travel potential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's in Accounting or similar degree.
• CPA Eligibility: must meet educational requirements to obtain a CPA license.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Relevant work experience (internships, summer positions, school jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with professionals at all levels.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Work closely with experienced audit professionals.
• Collaborate on diverse client engagements (manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, etc.).
• Use audit tools and technologies with advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process-flow automation.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high-quality audit work.
