Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and legal work eligibility.
• At least 1 year of guest service experience.
• Leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of activities in assigned area including ticket redemption.
• Ensure guest and employee safety per SOPs and daily logs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Activities employees.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support HR activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
