What you can expect in a typical day:

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Be the first impression for guests, parking, and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for vehicle retrieval.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues cheerfully, and be a pleasure to interact with.
• Be outside most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or other projects as directed by management.

What we expect from you:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items if needed.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English with a friendly, professional approach.
• Have customer service experience; valet experience is a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.
