Position Summary

The Host/Hostess shall provide exceptional, courteous customer service to all our patrons, while maintaining a professional, friendly, and energetic environment.

  • Recruit and register new members.
  • Promote and/or sell upcoming and special events, promotional giveaways, drawings, tournaments, concerts, etc.
  • Assist with point redemptions.
  • Print and issue Winners Club cards.
  • Assist patrons with accurate account information.
  • Assist patrons with giveaway rules and regulations applicable for different promotions.
  • Assist patrons with use of the MGT Kiosks (Registering for a promotion, checking-in for a drawing, retrieving food vouchers, etc.).
  • Responsible for Patron Management data confidentiality and accurate data entry.
  • Complete the Information Data Sheet and Photo Release forms.
  • Ability to conduct promotional cash payouts.
  • Assist in signage replacement and removal.
  • Ability to sell event/concert tickets using ticketing software.
  • Resolve or direct customer complaints to supervisor on duty.
  • Comply with all safety and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other related duties when assigned.

EDUCATION:/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Skills

Physical/Mental Demands

Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

Will be required to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, promotions special events and additional hours.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
