Job summary

Dave & Buster's Winner’s Circle role focuses on greeting guests and guiding them through their Midway experience with a friendly, energetic approach. You will handle guest questions, assist with orders, and promote items while maintaining pace and accuracy.

Successful candidates will communicate clearly with guests and team, help manage merchandise, restock as needed, and support managers to ensure a fun, seamless visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Greet Guests with enthusiasm and perform multiple job functions.
• Assist Guests with requests and make recommendations on items.
• Notify Manager of unhappy Guests and take action as needed.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise; reconcile tickets and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle.
