• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
• Monitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety compliance
• Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Sauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistently
• Read and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shift
• Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service
• Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methods
• Support a positive guest experience by demonstrating urgency, teamwork, and professionalism
• Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, answering questions and helping ensure order accuracy
• Assist in resolving guest concerns by partnering with leadership to deliver outstanding service
