Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Monitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety compliance.
• Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistently.
• Read and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shift.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methods.
• Support a positive guest experience by demonstrating urgency, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, answering questions and helping ensure order accuracy.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns by partnering with leadership to deliver outstanding service.
