Job summary

Global Solutions International is seeking a Wing Scheduler to provide unit-level, long-range scheduling support to an AFGSC bomber Operations Group as an optional CME line under the BSOS task order. This role focuses on wing-wide mission planning rather than individual aircrew requirements.

The key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive scheduling system, collaborating with operational units, aligning with organizational objectives, and delivering detailed reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance, active or previously held (expired, not revoked).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with PEX or a similar scheduling program.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system, including prioritization of tankers and agile combat employment operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with organizational objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and strategic alignment with tenant units such as AFRC and ANG and broader AFGSC goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to enhance future planning and generate detailed reports for Operations Group leadership.
• Provide training to Operations Group personnel on the long-range scheduling system and facilitate knowledge transfer.
