Job summary

Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Wing Scheduler to provide long-range scheduling support for an AFGSC bomber Operations Group as an optional CME line under the BSOS task order. The role focuses on wing-wide mission planning rather than individual aircrew requirements.

Based at Ellsworth AFB, SD, this full-time position requires a SECRET clearance and coordination with tenant units such as AFRC and ANG to ensure strategic alignment with base goals.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance, active or previously held (expired, not revoked).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system for wing-level operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with base objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and alignment with tenant units such as AFRC and ANG and broader AFGSC goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to enhance future planning and generate detailed reports for Operations Group leadership.
• Provide training to Operations Group personnel on the long-range scheduling system and facilitate knowledge transfer.
