Responsibilities

• Reset and clean tables quickly and efficiently to keep guest flow moving.
• Assist with food running and supporting service staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing areas, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Stock service stations, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Support the team by anticipating needs and jumping in wherever needed.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized retail and bar area.
• Uphold all sanitation and safety standards.
