About the Role: The Winemaking Administrative Assistant prepares and ships wine samples, enters and maintains accurate data in winemaking tracking systems, and organizes internal tastings. This role keeps sample shipments, wine chemistries, and documentation moving accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and confident using MS Office along with O'Neill's ERP system. They take initiative, communicate clearly, and can shift priorities quickly in consultation with winemakers, all while following plant and laboratory safety policies and procedures.

This is an onsite position working in our Parlier, CA facility. Work may occur in production offices, the laboratory, the cellar, and outdoors. Temperatures may fluctuate from cool to hot, depending on the weather and facility temperatures. Floors may be slippery and proper footwear is required. Volumes are typically low to moderate, but noise levels may occasionally be high. Ear protection is available.
California Pay Transparency Notice: This position is classified as non-exempt. The base compensation range for this role is $21-$24/hour. Candidates are generally not hired at or near the maximum of the base compensation range. Final salary placement will depend on several factors, which may include the candidate’s qualifications, education, relevant experience, and alignment with current market data.
