Bodega Shipping Co Napa Valley LLC in California is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, receive and check wine, fulfill orders, and prepare shipments. You will build packaging, palletize orders, assist customers, operate the register when needed, and help with housekeeping while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma, 18+, a California driver’s license, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• California driver’s license required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, check, and pack all incoming orders for shipping.
• Greet and assist customers dropping off orders for shipping.
• Help load and unload wine for packing orders.
• Read and decipher shipping forms to ensure correct items are picked.
• Build packaging boxes and shipping materials; check vendor packaging orders.
• Palletize and stack incoming and outgoing orders.
• Assist carrier drivers with loading trucks.
• Operate the register and process customer transactions when needed.
• Light housekeeping in warehouse.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages or errors.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
