Job summary

UOVO is seeking a Delivery & Warehouse Associate in Napa, CA to receive and inventory inbound deliveries, conduct local pickups and deliveries, and maintain accurate wine inventories for clients. You will assist clients at storage lockers, keep the warehouse clean, participate in daily projects, and work as part of the Operations Team to support secure, timely wine logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Be able to pass the Federal DOT physical and obtain a Federal DOT driver’s license (if applicable).
• 1-3 years of driving/delivery experience.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct local pickup and deliveries as needed.
• Perform offsite activities in client cellars, outside locations and other storage facilities.
• Timely inventory inbounds accurately into the correct database on a daily basis.
• Put together shipping cases as needed.
• Move, organize, build and breakdown shipping pallets as needed.
• Consolidate inventories as needed.
• Inventory client's wines as requested or required.
• Conduct inventory audits to resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Conduct pick and pull requests and prepare wines/cases for pickup or shipping as needed.
• Keep the warehouse organized and cleaned on a daily basis.
• Ensure the security of the property before departure on a daily basis.
• Function and participate as a Team member in meetings and special projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
