Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but often not required).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions (e.g., pick lists, packing slips).
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks.
• Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (training usually provided).
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or stocking experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with barcoding or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Packaging Prodigy: Process product pallets; run boxes through machines; insert pulp into boxes; stack empty boxes; pull and apply labels.
• Builder Extraordinaire: Pull inventory from SKUs, identify with scanners, and assemble into customer packaging.
• Inspector of Awesome (Quality Assurance): Final check of outgoing products for top quality.
• Clean Space, Clear Mind: Maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Quality Crusader (VAS/Value Added Service): Help with client-specific value-added services and improvement projects.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability.
• On Time, Every Time: Be punctual and dependable.
