Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but often not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks.
• Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (training usually provided).
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or stocking experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with barcoding or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process product pallets and box labels; operate packing machines as needed.
• Pull inventory from flow bins and build customer-facing products from multiple SKUs.
• Perform final quality checks on outgoing products.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and organized area.
• Participate in value-added services for specific clients at handling stations.
• Support team and adapt to changing priorities; be reliable and punctual.
