Job summary

UOVO Wine is seeking a Delivery & Warehouse Associate in Napa, CA to receive and inventory inbound deliveries, conduct local pickups and deliveries, and maintain client wine inventories.

Responsibilities include organizing the warehouse, preparing shipments, and ensuring security and cleanliness daily. Requires a valid driver’s license, 1–3 years driving/delivery and warehouse experience; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of driving/delivery experience.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Be able to pass DOT physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local pickup and deliveries as needed.
• Perform offsite activities in client cellars and storage facilities.
• Timely inventory inbound accurately into the database daily.
• Put together shipping cases as needed.
• Move, organize, and build/break down shipping pallets.
• Consolidate inventories as needed.
• Inventory client wines as requested; conduct audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare wines/cases for pickup or shipping; assist clients on site.
• Maintain daily warehouse cleanliness and security.
