Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or wine retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sommelier certification from a recognized organization strongly preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge, interest and passion for products and services in the role.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and assist with wine, food pairings and related purchases.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and company policies; report any violations.
• Lead daily team huddles and participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Help build and manage the wine list, merchandising and seasonal displays.
