Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our wine and spirits distribution team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.

You will use scanning devices and a Warehouse Management System to verify inventory, palletize, put away stock, replenish picking locations, and perform order selection. Safety and accuracy come first, with a requirement to lift 40–60 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from suppliers ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory via scanning devices.
• Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for selection.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.
• Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Complete forklift certification program.
• Order selection following standard processes.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
