Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a friendly Server to welcome guests, explain menu items, answer questions, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a warm, attentive smile. The role requires English communication, wine & spirits knowledge, and stamina to stay on your feet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid alcohol certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Elevated knowledge of wine & spirits.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and offering menu assistance.
• Presenting menu specials and answering questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensuring guest meals and experience are excellent.
• Serving with a warm, friendly smile and assisting with cash/credit payments.
