Job summary

Total Wine & More in New Jersey is seeking Seasonal Service Team Members to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and assist with stocking, displays, and order pickups. You will engage customers, learn products, and support curbside pickup and possible deliveries.

Candidates should be 21+, with preferred 1-3 years retail and familiarity with POS systems. We offer a range of benefits and a Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory control; build displays and end caps.
• Support curbside and in-store pickup and delivery services when assigned.
• Adhere to all laws and safety standards when handling alcohol and operate in a safe store environment.
