GoPuff and its Kentucky subsidiary Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) are seeking a friendly Store Associate to deliver top-notch customer service and drive sales. The role includes greeting customers, assisting with product knowledge, handling cashier duties, and maintaining inventory across departments.

The position requires 21+ years old, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and prior team experience. Full-time benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication are required.
• Retail sales skills and product knowledge should be continually developed.
• Experience as a store associate or customer service representative is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers to build rapport.
• Inform customers about BRS products and services and drive sales.
• Replenish and maintain inventory across departments.
• Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing transactions.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow age verification policies and process payments.
• Ensure accurate pricing and issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges.
• Balance the cash drawer and bag/box purchases for safe transport.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in promotions and event setup.
• Observe vehicle policies and ensure safety standards for deliveries.
