Job summary

Handcrafted Wines LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a delivery staff member to serve our on-premise and retail customers. You will start early, meet delivery windows, check-in wines, merchandise, and collect payments while upholding a high standard of customer service.

The role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a clean driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs. Prior beverage delivery experience is preferred, and you will work Tue–Fri starting at 6 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable with a strong customer service mindset.
• Delivery/beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tue–Fri schedule.
• Start at 6 am.
• Deliver wine to on-premise (restaurants) and off-premise (retail) customers.
• Meet delivery windows set by clients.
• Check-in wines with receiving personnel.
• Merchandise wines when requested by the client.
• Collect payment for deliveries.
• Inspect the vehicle for damages or needed repairs.
• Pull and pack orders for delivery (if needed).
• Organize and stock warehouse shelves (if needed).

Job Responsibilities:
