Job summary

The role requires weekend/evening availability, physical stamina, and TABC certification; prior restaurant experience

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Leadership and organizational skills are important for coordinating with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per recipes and standards.
• Confirm guest orders and coordinate with lounge server via POS.
• Describe items with origin, flavor, and preparation details to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
