Job summary

The Daily Catch in Boston, MA is hiring a Bartender / Wine Specialist to join our waterfront restaurant team. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years’ bartender experience in a high-volume setting, strong wine knowledge, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

3-year minimum experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be at least 21 years old; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Take food and drink orders from customers and enter orders into the POS system.
Answer any questions that customers may have about the menu.
Make sure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns they may have.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next customer.
Perform side work and opening/closing duties as needed.
