Our company’s leading wine brands include Stella Rosa, San Antonio, San Simeon, Maddalena, and Highlands 41.

Aid the Chain sales team in their accounts by merchandising, servicing, and providing excellent customer service. Responsible for maintaining a professional working relationship with both the customer and Riboli Wine Estates sales team while driving sales in accounts through merchandising.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Service and merchandise shelves, cold boxes, and displays in Chain grocery accounts.
2. Ensure proper rotation of all products.
3. Ensure all products are dusted.
4. Work back stock to the shelves and displays.
5. Aid Sales Reps in store resets.
6. Establish and maintain rapport with accounts/customers.
7. Communicate effectively with Sales Reps and District Manager.
8. Provide feedback to management on market issues, opportunities, and competitive activity.
9. Build trusting relationships in accounts.
10. Use of effective P.O.S.
11. Project a professional appearance.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
13. Work with a sense of urgency and high standard of excellence.
14. Maintain satisfactory attendance.
15. Submit daily recaps of account activity and accomplishments as well as pictures of significant execution.
16. Practice safe work and driving habits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A minimum of 21 years of age.
2. Must possess current driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance coverage.
3. Must reside in respective District Manager’s Territory.
4. Minimum 2 years of grocery retail experience and/or Wine & Spirits industry experience.
5. Must be able to work in the United States.
6. Required to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
7. Must have the ability to lift 45-55 pounds on a regular basis.
8. Must adhere to a 40-hour work week (Monday- Friday).
9. Flexible hours- May be required to work early mornings.

Pay Range: $20 - $21 USD
