Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Wine Team member to assist with receiving and preparing products, maintaining floor displays, and selling wine in support of regional goals.

The role emphasizes courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities to grow within the Specialty/Wine team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maintain fresh, appealing wine displays and front-facing products.
• Prepare, wrap, and price wine and other products.
• Help customers select wine and other items.
• Keep department signage and pricing accurate.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace and shop floor.
• Support sampling program with tidy, inviting areas.
• Follow procedures including health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Operate and sanitize equipment properly.
