We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just work with wine, but truly cares about it. This role is for someone who has put in time tasting, learning, and forming their own point of view. You should have favorite producers, clear opinions, and a real understanding of what makes a wine exciting, aligned with our values: wines that are responsibly farmed, thoughtfully made, and full of character.
This is a full-time, guest-facing, floor leadership role. You’ll spend most of your time working service, leading hospitality, and supporting the team on the floor. You’ll also manage all aspects of our wine program, from inventory and sourcing to staff education and guest experience. You will report directly to the Executive General Manager and work closely with ownership to develop a wine program that reflects our identity.
