Job summary

Domaine Willamette in Willamette Valley is seeking an energetic Ambassador of Events Lead to oversee private event sales and operations, including offsite engagements and in-house winery events.

You will coordinate with the Chef, Ambassadors, and management, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and train staff to deliver memorable experiences, while supporting in-tasting room duties when events are quiet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OLCC and Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain before start.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-site winery events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and operations of private and offsite events.
• Respond to event inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Tour potential clients and coordinate site tours with Ambassadors or managers.
• Assemble proposals, BEOs with pricing, event plans, timelines, and folders.
• Coordinate with Marketing for event planning and promotion.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, staffing, and post-event reviews.
