Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and hospitality leadership are essential; may involve sommelier duties.
• The GM role is the heart of the operation and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee orientation as needed.
• Maintain location organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper staffing and training at all times.
• Provide clear direction and support to the team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and compliments professionally.
• Uphold CHG standards in all aspects of operations.
• Coordinate on- and off-site catering when required.
• Lead and train staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage labor and equipment to optimize costs.
• Lead hiring and training efforts for staff.
