Job summary

Wine Industry Expo in Portland, OR is seeking a driver/warehouse worker to support daily warehouse operations. Start date ASAP with 40+ hours per week; typical schedule Tue-Fri 7am–7pm and Mondays as needed. Must have dependable transport and a clean driving record; familiarity with Sprinter is preferred.

Role involves picking/packing, inbound receiving, inventory, and interdepartmental support. Candidates should be team players with a proactive attitude, be safety-minded around forklifts, and

Qualifications

• Self-directed, flexible, organized and resourceful.
• Driving, deliveries, customer service, loading/unloading trucks.
• Positive energy, fast pace, adaptability to change.
• Experience and understanding of receiving, inventory management, storage, cycle counting and order fulfillment/pick and pack operations.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and suggest efficiency/quality enhancements.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Safety minded around forklifts and pallet jacks; know when to seek help.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a cool climate for long periods.
• Clear, concise written and spoken communications; strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a process-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling orders in a pick and pack operation using scan guns and visual identification, with strong attention to detail.
• Identifying and receiving inbound goods into our system.
• Inventory organization, put away and cycle counting as needed to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Working and supporting other departments to achieve company goals through collaboration and clear communication.
