Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong wine and spirit knowledge.
• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a table service restaurant.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have good working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes.
• Must possess good basic math skills, ability to write guest orders accurately and operate a POS system effectively.

Responsibilities

• Present food and beverage items quickly and accurately, with proper garnish to guests.
• Develop understanding of all menu items and daily specials and share knowledge with guests.
• Record guest orders at the bar and input them into the POS system.
• Maintain a clean bar and floor; contribute to a positive working environment.
• Assist with service bar preparations and espresso drinks as needed.
