Job summary

Riboli Family Wines in Los Angeles is seeking a dependable Busser/Dishwasher to keep the dining and kitchen areas running smoothly. You will clear and reset tables, assist guests, wash dishes, and help maintain a clean service space.

Applicants should be able to work weekends, stay on task in a fast-paced setting, and follow all safety and sanitation rules. Prior restaurant dishwashing or bussing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in restaurant dishwashing or bussing preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quick, efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after guests are finished dining.
• Wiping up spills, food stains, and debris from tables and dining areas.
• Resetting tables with clean silverware, glassware, and place settings.
• Refilling napkins, condiments, and other table supplies.
• Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen work areas.
