Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of wine industry or retail sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of wine.
• WSET certification or similar credentials.
• Existing client portfolio and ability to build local relationships.
• Friendly, confident communication and strong follow-up.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find wines that fit their tastes, needs, and budget.
• Answer questions and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Stay current on featured wines, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with event, party, and gift orders.
• Recommend food pairings and create gift packages.
• Represent Tower at tastings, educational sessions, and community events.
• Create and maintain organized, engaging wine displays.
• Keep shelves clean, stocked, and accurately signed.
• Assist with vintage changes, inventory, and other store needs.

• A genuine interest in continuing to learn and grow
• Nights, weekends, and some holidays are part of the schedule. Applicants must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
