The role emphasizes excellent customer service, deep wine knowledge, and the ability to promote featured wines and new arrivals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through wine recommendations and product education.
• Maintain knowledge of wines, varietals, regions, producers, and flavor profiles.
• Promote featured wines, seasonal selections, and new arrivals to support sales goals.
• Support revenue growth through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
• Execute merchandising standards, including shelf organization, rotation, pricing, and display presentation.
• Monitor inventory, restock as needed, and ensure product availability.
• Implement promotional displays, seasonal resets, and special event setups in line with planograms.
• Comply with store policies and alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, performance-driven environment.

• Promote featured wines, seasonal selections, and new arrivals to support department sales goals.
• Support revenue growth through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
• Execute merchandising standards, including shelf organization, product rotation, pricing accuracy, and display presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock as needed, and ensure product availability.
• Implement promotional displays, seasonal resets, and special event setups in alignment with planograms.
• Comply with all store policies and federal, state, and local alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays .

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
• Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
• Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
