Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in New Orleans is seeking a warehouse associate to perform order picking, packing, and inventory support. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting loads, and operating powered equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $24.25 per hour with a standard 40-hour workweek from Monday to Thursday evenings. This is a union position with opportunities for advancement after six months and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift products regularly from 25 to 50 pounds and up to 170 pounds.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to loading dock area of the warehouse.
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse.
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.
