Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in South Naples, FL is seeking a Merchandiser to travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets, stock, display and rotate products across assigned routes.

You will move products with a pallet jack, use company tech for routing and account monitoring, and maintain organized backstock to ensure freshness and proper inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable personal automobile with valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Account Territory: South Naples

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
