DUAL North America, Windstorm Risk division, seeks an Associate Underwriter to support underwriting workflows in a hybrid Chicago setting. You will assist with account quoting, data gathering, and customer service throughout the underwriting life cycle.

This role offers growth toward Underwriting Authority and collaboration with seasoned underwriters. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, or business, plus 0–1 year underwriting or insurance experience and

• Underwriting knowledge or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process submissions for underwriters and provide account triage.
• Support underwriting colleagues during market travel.
• Gather data to quote or bind accounts and generate correspondence.
