Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer III to join the operations team supporting the DoD and DHS enterprise network. You will manage Windows servers, workstations, and laptops, handle AD migrations, and ensure security and compliance across endpoints.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, SCCM/Intune experience, and the ability to triage and resolve incidents 24/7. Candidates with DoD/DHS clearance are preferred, and a BA/BS with 7+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 7 years of applicable experience.
• Active DoD/DHS-related eligibility or clearance is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, and laptops.
• Manage Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Intune, Virtual Servers, and Azure.
• Ensure compliance with current security policies and remediations.
• Apply configuration management to endpoint management and monitor system performance.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with Service Desk and other teams, and document in ServiceNow.
• Perform patching, updates, upgrades, backups, and postmortems as needed.
