Job description

We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and supporting large-scale Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will have a strong security mindset, experience with VMware and Azure cloud, and a proven track record of optimizing and scaling enterprise Windows infrastructures. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years managing large Windows Server environments
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy management
• Experience with Windows security hardening and server upgrades
• Familiarity with VMware, VM kernels, and setting up v-motion kernels
• Experience with Azure cloud is highly desirable
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical judgment skills
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE are preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail

• Document architecture, configurations, and procedures for team sharing
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Support Level 3 troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and participating in audits
