Purpose Provide Windows systems administration support for the Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL).
Under general direction, perform compliance monitoring and remediation for Windows, Mac, and server environments in accordance with NIST framework. Under general direction, perform Windows Desktop and Server computer systems installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, training junior staff and end‑user support for software’s, servers, workstations, laptops, and virtual machines. Manage Windows Server backup services and CIFS/SMB storage solutions installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and escalation. Perform and maintain Windows backup and storage systems audits for compliance with established information assurance policies, retention policies, and configuration guidelines. Document and maintain processes, procedures and configurations for Windows, storage and backup solution configuration and change management. Maintain computer hardware/software inventories and documentation. Other related functions as assigned.
