Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or Windows Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Windows Server 2003-2019 operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007-2016 installation and support.
• Office 365 migration and support experience.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory Connect and AD file server in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Escalations and incident management with internal teams and external vendors.
• Handle critical system down issues requiring cross-team collaboration.
• Triage and resolve complex issues beyond Desktop Support.
• Document resolutions and communicate details to Helion team and clients.
• Collaborate with Tier III support to resolve escalations.
• Directly manage executive and owner level escalations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to resolve high level escalations.
