The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, applying security best practices, and designing scalable systems to support Booz Allen's missions. A clearance and prior virtualization/VMM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of server/linux/infrastructure operations experience.
• Experience administering RHEL servers.
• Experience provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting VMs.
• Patching, upgrades, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, routing and firewall basics.
• Security best practices and vulnerability remediation.
• Active secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Design and implement scalable systems including remote access.
• Evaluate, modernize, and automate infrastructure components.
