Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering Windows Server environments.
• 5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere administration, including virtual infrastructure management and support.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for system administration tasks.
• Experience supporting infrastructure in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP regulations and related cybersecurity compliance standards.
• Experience with Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent technical experience.
• VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred.
